Several fixes, minor UI additions

Implemented automatic minimum frame rate control that tries to keep the game responsive under heavy load.
Reorganized game speed controls.
Added always visible fleet and ship value statistics to fleet and ship editor.
Now generally allowing zooming out further.
Fixed memory leaks that may have been affecting performance and making the game crash when starting a new battle etc.
Fleet and ship values are now formatted with thousands separators for better readability.
Several smaller bug fixes and UI adjustments.
