Minimum FPS control, several fixes

Implemented automatic minimum frame rate control that tries to keep the game responsive under heavy load.
Reorganized game speed controls.
Now generally allowing zooming out further.
Fixed memory leaks that may have been affecting performance and making the game crash when starting a new battle.
